The perfect pairing: pistachio hummus and Eterna I, your non-alcoholic sparkling blend

Ingredients (6 people)

  • 300g cooked chickpeas
  • 100g roasted pistachios
  • 1 lime
  • 10cl of pistachio oil
  • Salt and pepper

1 – Rinse the lime, remove the zest and extract the juice. Set aside.

2 – Rinse and blend the chickpeas with 80g of pistachios and the pistachio oil. Season with salt and pepper and add a few drops of lime juice.

3 – Place the hummus in a bowl. Garnish with a few chickpeas and pistachios, lime zest, and a few drops of pistachio oil.

4 – Serve with toasted bread and a glass of chilled Eterna I.
