Our non-alcoholic beverages were crafted without grapes or any dealcoholization process. Three-starred chef Mauro Colagreco created unique blends of flowers, fruit, herbs and spices with perfectly balanced flavours.
OUR HISTORY
Tempera was born on the bright shores of the Mediterranean, in Menton, where three-starred chef Mauro Colagreco took inspiration from his 5-hectare gardens, cultivated using biodynamy and permaculture, to create our non-alcoholic blends. The exceptional Riviera terroir finds its most perfect expression in each of our of recipes.

A glass of Eterna I or Eterna II contains 11 calories, compared to 80 calories on average for a flute of champagne. Let us explain it all.

Our gourmet drinks are free of alcohol but never free of flavours and emotions. Our bottles are meant to be shared without moderation.
OUR RANGE
Why don't we use dealcoholization?
To make wine, with or without alcohol, you need to be a winemaker. Which is definitely not our case. That's why you won't find any grapes or dealcoholized wine in our bottles... But rather a unique aromatic experience!
