For our still range, we have chosen an approach that does not involve dealcoholization. This allows us to preserve the authenticity of the ingredients and the nobility of the textures.
Once opened, a still bottle deserves the same care as a great wine. It is recommended to reseal it carefully and store it in the refrigerator.
