Delicate, luminous and decidedly festive, Flower Fest is a mocktail that celebrates floral and botanical notes in an elegant and refreshing alcohol-free version. Created by Anne-Lise Bartender, this creation plays on the balance between acidity, sweetness and effervescence.
At the heart of the recipe, Aubera II, the original alcohol-free sparkling drink brings a fine and aromatic effervescence, blending yerba mate, verbena and elderflower. The hibiscus infusion offers a subtly pink hue and a tangy note, enhanced by the lime juice. The agave syrup, precisely dosed, rounds out the whole without masking the botanical freshness.
Served in a flute, Flower Fest is enjoyed as a refined alternative to traditional sparkling cocktails. Its minimalist decoration — a dehydrated lemon slice attached to a mini wooden clip — enhances its natural and contemporary aesthetic.
Ideal for a spring aperitif, an elegant event or a premium mocktail menu, Flower Fest embodies a modern vision of alcohol-free: expressive, fresh and perfectly mastered.
