Ingredients (6 people):

  • 3 sweet potatoes
  • 1/2 bunch of tarragon
  • Olive oil
  • Salt

1 – Wrap the sweet potatoes in aluminum foil and cook them in the embers for 1 hour.

2 – Peel the sweet potatoes and set the flesh aside.

3 – Serve in a large dish with a drizzle of olive oil, salt and chopped tarragon, all accompanied by a glass of chilled Eterna II.
