Here is a menu suggestion to explore.
Starter:
To start the French festivities, we recommend serving garlic snails. And for a softer and vegetarian alternative: a beetroot tartare which will perfectly complement the earthy notes of our recipe.
Main course:
Tierra goes very well with red meat. To stay in a blue-white-red atmosphere, we advise you to opt for the traditional prime rib and fries. The peppery notes of Tierra will condiment the power of the meat.
Vegetarian option: we French people love mushrooms! Tierra will go wonderfully with a porcini mushroom risotto, for example.
