Harvested by hand in Brittany, rock samphire brings its iodized and mineral notes to Eterna I. Its profile, close to sea asparagus, evolves towards refined aromas of pepper and clove .

Lemon
Lemon, an emblematic ingredient of the Mirazur gardens, brings all its liveliness to Eterna I. It is honored each year during the Menton citrus festival.

Yerba Mate
A symbol of Argentina, yerba mate is a plant with tannins that reveals vegetal and floral notes and a slight bitterness. It provides structure to Eterna II.

Elderflower
Elderflower reveals a delicate and captivating aromatic profile, almost reminiscent of honey. It brings its sweetness to Eterna II.

Verbena

Norman apples
The apple, an iconic ingredient, is reinventing itself in Riva! We have selected 5 heritage varieties with buttery and subtle yet gourmet notes.

Nori and wakame seaweed
Our organic nori and wakame seaweed, hand-harvested in Brittany, are preserved in sea salt without additives. Their iodized notes enhance the finish of Riva.

Jasmine white tea
Our jasmine white tea pearls, scented by disposing fresh flowers on the tea leaves, bring a refined delicacy to Riva.
Tierra's ingredients

Beetroot
Beetroot brings Tierra its round and earthy aromas, in homage to the famous beetroot caviar dish by chef Mauro Colagreco.

Cranberry
An iconic Canadian berry, cranberry brings a tangy liveliness to Tierra. It helps enhance the light tannins of the beetroot.

Poivre des Dames
Poivre des Dames, a blend of 9 exceptional peppers and rose petals, enhances the finish of Tierra and makes it pair very well with dishes.
Pyra's ingredients

Red fruits
Cherry, blackcurrant and blueberry express their velvety and tangy notes in Pyra. Made into syrup by a century-old French company, they are both smooth and fresh.

Assam black tea
Assam black tea, grown in the plains irrigated by the Brahmaputra, is renowned for its malty and spicy flavors. It gives Pyra its strong tannicity.

Malabar black pepper
King of peppers, this treasure from Kerala brings depth and slight astringency to Pyra. Ground with precision, it reveals notes reminiscent of humus.
