The flavour of the ocean with Eterna I
"I'm of Breton origin, so of course, my favorite pairing is reminiscent of the sea! Eterna I, our dry sparkling made from rock samphire, this incredible coastal plant that grows on the dunes and the beaches in my region, goes incredibly well with a recipe that my parents prepare when we are all gathered around the table: a smoked salmon thinly sliced, accompanied by new potatoes with lemon butter and a hint of heavy cream. For an even more delicious option, you can add eggs salmon in the cream. The frank aromas of sea samphire bring lightness and liveliness to this beautiful holiday menu!”
