Riva, our delicate white

Our delicate alcohol-free white was born from two terroirs: tart apples from Perche sublimated by seaweed from Ars-en-Ré. Riva is refreshing and light, yet also has a gourmet nose. It will be the ally of sunny days to quench your thirst and to create pairings with spring menus!

Aperitif or pairing throughout a meal?

Both, of course! Our delicate white will be perfect for drinking a chilled glass as an aperitif on a spring or summer evening, but it also has a real aromatic complexity which will make it an ideal companion throughout a meal, without saturating your palate.


The perfect pairing with Riva

Here is a menu suggestion to create perfect matches with Riva:

Starter:  

Riva goes wonderfully well with grilled prawns whose salinity will be reminiscent of seaweed. Another option, for vegetarians: crunchy asparagus with a drizzle of olive oil.

Main course:  

The subtlety of white-fleshed fish will echo that of Riva. Our blend can, for example, be served with a fillet of sea bream accompanied by peas and butter and lemon sauce.

Vegetarian option: zucchini and fresh goat’s cheese carpaccio toast.


Dessert:

We want sweetness! Regressive falcours! For this, nothing better than serving Riva with an apple crumble. The crunchy and smooth texture of the dessert will enhance the tangy notes of the Norman apples. And +1 point if the apples for dessert are also from Normandy!
