Tierra évoque la profondeur d’un poivre rare et la structure d’une infusion fruitée. Son profil aromatique révèle une tension maîtrisée, parfaite pour accompagner un plateau de fromage, une dégustation de viande et surtout des desserts au chocolat.
WHY DON'T WE USE DEALCOHOLIZATION?
To make wine, with or without alcohol, you need to be a winemaker. Which is definitely not our case. That's why you won't find any grapes or dealcoholized wine in our bottles... But rather a unique aromatic experience!

Frequently Asked Questions about Tierra
Tierra pairs beautifully with grilled meats, gently spiced slow-cooked dishes, or a dark chocolate dessert. Serve it chilled, at around 12°C, in a wine glass to allow the complexity of its fruity and peppery notes to fully unfold. Each sip reveals a depth that extends the pleasure of the meal.
Tierra draws its richness from the natural quality of its ingredients. No artificial flavours are used—only carefully crafted spice blends and infusions, offering a sincere tasting experience that is both indulgent and well balanced.
The pepper used in Tierra is a blend of nine peppers and flowers, widely used in the cuisine of chef Mauro Colagreco. It therefore felt natural to incorporate it into one of Tempera’s creations. The spices and ingredients are selected with great care and attention to detail, to create a subtle balance between intensity and roundness.
